Incident

Sergeant Fera was shot and killed while attempting to arrest two armed robbery suspects. The two suspects had just robbed a local bank. Sergeant Fera spotted the suspect's vehicle and stopped them. When Sergeant Fera attempted to place the suspects under arrest, a gun-battle began. Sergeant Fera was fatally wounded. One of the suspects was killed by Sergeant Fera's return gunfire. Sergeant Fera had been with the agency for 19 years.
