Mark Alan Frederick
Incident
Trooper Mark Frederick was shot and killed after stopping a car when it was reported that the occupants had used a stolen credit card. The suspect was on federal probation for making bomb threats at the time. He was sentenced to death and executed in January of 2000.
Survivors
Trooper Frederick was survived by his expectant wife, daughter, mother, and sister.
