Wildlife Officer Leon Walker was killed in an automobile crash while in pursuit of poachers in Columbia County. Officer Walker had served with the Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission for 17 years.
Survivors
He was survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
