Incident

Special Agent Howard Stuart-Houston was killed in an automobile crash in New York while serving subpoenas for a grand jury resulting from a money laundering investigation. He was driving on Route 25 when an oncoming car crossed over the center line and struck his vehicle head-on. Special Agent Stuart-Houston had served with the Internal Revenue Service for 18 months.

Survivors

He was survived by his wife, mother, and three brothers.
