Incident

Police Officer Francis Stransky suffered a fatal heart attack after struggling with a suspect he was attempting to arrest in the 500 block of Ensor Street. The suspect was charged with murder in connection with Officer Stransky death. Officer Stransky had served with the agency for five years.

Survivors

He was survived by his wife and two children.
