Incident

Deputy Sheriff Floyd Lusk was shot and killed by a man he attempted to arrest on a warrant for assault and battery.

The victim of the assault, who had accompanied Deputy Lusk to the suspect's home, grabbed Deputy Lusk's revolver and shot and killed the suspect.

I've Always heard this story. Sherri Floyd Lusk would have been my Great Grandfather.
