Incident
Patrolman Farris Resha was killed when his police motorcycle struck a car while pursuing a suspect's vehicle. During the pursuit another car made a U-turn in front of the motorcycle, causing Patrolman Resha to strike the rear of the vehicle. He succumbed to his injuries three days later. Patrolman Resha had served with the agency for 1 year.
Survivors
He was survived by his wife and three children.
