Incident
RCMP Supt. Dennis Massey was stationed in Calgary, Alberta. On December 18, 2002, while on duty,was involved in a collision with a tanker truck. The tractor trailer unit broke apart with the trailer portion crossing the center line and crushing Supt. Massey’s vehicle. Supt. Massey was removed from the wreckage, transported to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
