Incident

Temporary DC Wombwell was shot in the head and killed, by the front-seat passenger of a van parked in Braybrook Street, near Wormwood Scrubs prison, as he and a colleague questioned the three occupants.

DS Christopher Tippet Head was shot and killed, as he ran back to his patrol car after seeing David shot dead, and PC Geoffrey Roger Fox was also shot and killed as as he attempted to drive away after seeing his colleagues killed.
