Biography
David Ward Van Epps was an accomplished artist and writer. He was an avid video game player and a passionate cook who loved preparing Italian food, though he joked that he lacked the patience for baking. Guided by a deep personal moral compass, his lifelong ambition was to serve both in the U.S. Army and in civilian law enforcement, and to build a long career in both.
