Incident

An armed man shot at two women and two Constables before retreating into his home. Pursued by Police he armed himself with a knife inside his home. As Inspector McBay entered he was fatally stabbed.

Fatally stabbed as he entered a house to arrest a man who had retreated there after shooting at two women and two police officers and then armed himself with a knife inside his home.
