Officer Charles O'Hanlon was struck and killed by a truck carrying hazardous chemicals when it rammed a van he had stopped for a traffic violation on Interstate 95 in the Northeast. He was trapped under the van. Officer O'Hanlon had served with the Philadelphia Police Department for 19 years.
Survivors
He was survived by his wife and four children.
