August Olson
Incident
Game Warden August Olson died after contracting pneumonia while supervising a winter commercial rough fish seining operation in Nicollet and Le Sueur Counties. He was taken to his home, in St. Peter, where died several days later. Warden Olson had served with the agency for four years and had a total of 21 years experience in law enforcement.
Survivors
He was survived by his wife, three children, five brothers, and four sisters.
