בת שרה וישראל. צפורה נולדה בט' באדר תש"י (26.2.1950). היא גדלה בראשון לציון, למדה בבית הספר היסודי "רמז" ולאחר מכן למדה ארבע שנים בכפר הירוק. לאחר שלמדה בשדה בוקר בסמינר למורות התגייס ה צפורה לצה"ל ושירתה כמורה בנח"ל . לאחר השחרור התגייסה למשטרה. בהמשך עברה לבסיס בית חורון של משמר הגבול, שם שירתה כמורה לעברית וכעוזרת קצין רווחה. צפורה הייתה יפהפייה, סמכותית וחכמה. היא אהבה מאוד את השירות, השקיעה רבות בתלמידיה שגם באו לבקרה בשעת מחלתה. היא היוותה דוגמה אישית למורות, וכך אף לחבריה בבסיס ש למדו ממנה ואהבו אותה. צפורה נישאה בשנת 1977, ולאחר כשנה ילדה בת. ביום א' בטבת תשל"ט (31.12.1978) נפטרה רב- סמל צפורה. בת עשרים ושמונה בנפלה. היא הובאה למנוחות בבית העלמין בראשון לציון. הותירה בעל ובת.
