בן חנה ואלברט. נולד ביום כ"א באייר תש"ל (27.5.1970) באשדוד. למד בבית-הספר היסודי 'שקמים' באשדוד. אחרי-כן המשיך את לימודיו בחטיבת-הביניים 'נוה הרצוג' בניר גלים ובבית-הספר התיכון 'מפתן' באשדוד, במגמת מסגרות. אייל היה חובב ספורט. הוא התאמן במשך חמש שנים לערך בג'ודו ובקארטה והדריך חניכים צעירים. אייל גויס לצה"ל בשלהי פברואר 1989. לאחר הטירונות הוצב ליחידת משמר הגבול בתפקיד לוחם חי"ר. ביום י"ב בתמוז תש"ן (5.7.1990) נפל אייל בעת מילוי תפקידו והובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-העלמין הצבאי באשדוד. הוא הועלה בדרגה לאחר מותו. השאיר אחריו הורים ושישה אחים ואחיות. אמו תרמה לזכרו ספרייה תורנית לבית-הכנסת באשדוד.
