בן נאיפה ומחמד. נביל נולד בג'וליס ב-3.6.1956. הוא למד בבית הספר היסודי בכפר והשלים את לימודיו התיכוניים באורט קריית ביאליק. בחודש מאי 1974 התגייס נביל לצבא ושירת כשוטר במשמר הגבול. בתום תקופת השירות הסדיר המשיך להיות לוחם במג"ב כאיש קבע. ביום 18.8.1984 נפל סמל שני נביל בעת שירותו. בן עשרים ושמונה בנפלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בחלקה המשפחתית בבית העלמין בכפר ג'וליס. השאיר אחריו אישה- שהרבאן, שתי בנות- עולא ובת'ינה, ושני בנים- עלאא וטליע. אשתו של נביל הייתה בהריון כשנפל. זמן מה אחר כך נולד הבן ונקרא על שמו – נביל.
