Incident

בן שושנה ויפת (רצון). ישעיהו נולד במושב אלישיב שבעמק חפר בי' בניסן תרצ"ט (30.3.1939). הוא גדל במושב, והיה חקלאי בהכשרתו. ישעיהו התגייס לצה"ל ושירת בחיל התותחנים כתותחן. הוא השתתף, בשירות חובה ובמילואים, במבצע קדש (1956) ובמלחמת ששת הימים (1967). ישעיהו הצטרף לשורות שירות בתי הסוהר בחודש מאי 1969. הוא שימש יומנאי בבית הסוהר חברון ודרגתו האחרונה הייתה סמל. באחת ההמלצות להעלותו בדרגה נכתב על ישעיהו: "...מקובל על חבריו, טיפוס דייקן, נאמן מאוד ומסור לעבודתו. תמיד ממלא את תפקידיו לשביעות רצוננו המלאה". ישעיהו נישא לרות והיה אביהם של: נורית, ליאורה, אביטל, סימונה, חניתה ויוחאי. הוא התגורר עם משפחתו בירושלים. ביום ראשון, כ"ח בשבט תשל"ט (25.2.1979), נפטר ישעיהו כתוצאה ממחלה ממנה סבל בשנותיו האחרונות. סמל ישעיהו היה בן ארבעים בנפלו. הוא הובא למנוחת עולמים בבית העלמין הצבאי בהר הרצל בירושלים. הותיר אחריו אישה ושישה ילדים.
