Master Police Officer Tyrrell Owens-Riley suffered a fatal heart attack while participating in the physical fitness training portion of the department's SWAT Team assessment.

He was transported to Providence Hospital after exhibiting symptoms of a heart attack. Once at the hospital, he suffered cardiac arrest and could not be revived.
